1. What is the length of my Custom Highlight Video going to be?
The length is based on the selections you choose and the length of the ceremony and reception events.
2. What's the difference between your Highlight & Custom Highlight?
The Custom Highlight uses one videographer for the day instead of two. Coverage is 8 hours instead of unlimited coverage.
3. If I would like to Livestream my entire wedding, how can I?
If live streaming your wedding from start to finish is necessary, we will provide a custom quote for the entire day.
4. Can the Custom Highlight & Livestream be packaged together?
Yes.
5. Who will my videographer be on the day of?
We have a team, since our inception, that will provide the same service and quality for every wedding filmed.
6. Will anyone be able to view my streamed wedding?
Your wedding is private. Only the people with the link will be able to view and comment.
7. What exceptions are there for live streaming?
No commercial music can be played during live streaming. If this happens we will do our best to mute the audio.
8. After the contract is completed and reviewed, what is the payment process?
We require a 50% deposit upon agreement and 50% of the total amount 2 weeks before your wedding date.
9. What payments are accepted?
We accept all forms of payment.
